Meet the Team
Maggie joins Lindsey House with a decade of experience in Tulsa-area nonprofits. She has worked in resource development, marketing and community development through previous positions at the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma, Tulsa Habitat for Humanity, Iron Gate, Tulsa Regional Chamber and the City of Tulsa. She has a Bachelors of Science from Oklahoma State University and a Masters of Public Administration from OU-Tulsa.

Amanda is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and is a native of the Tulsa area. After years as a sales manager helping area schools raise money, she found her true calling in the nonprofit sector. She has since worked with several area nonprofit organizations in development and event management roles. Amanda is dedicated to her own three children, as well as stealing hugs from all of the Lindsey House children.

Darek comes to Lindsey House with 10 years of nonprofit experience in varying positions. His previous roles include Business Manager, Director of Finance and Executive Director in the education and social services fields. Darek is a graduate of Northeastern State University, where he studied Political Science, Finance and Accounting. He and his wife Laura are both lifelong Tulsans dedicated to nonprofit work and volunteering.

Nicole is a graduate of the Lindsey House program and has a passion for helping women who are in a place she knows all too well. Her tireless energy keeps everything running smoothly in our home. She joined the staff of Lindsey House in 2016. Nicole dedicates her life to her two daughters and to making the world a better place.

Tara joins Lindsey House as a Program Coordinator after being a program alum, as well as a graduate of Women In Recovery. As a certified Community -Based Doula, Tara brings a unique skillset to Lindsey House. Her passion lies in serving individuals in marginalized communities, and finds great value in ensuring someone feels supported and empowered throughout their journey. Tara feels strongly every person deserves to have someone rooting for them, and she is honored to be that for our participants.

Tia graduated from Lindsey House in 2019 and shortly after joined the staff as office manager. Tia now works as Program Coordinator and serves the same community that helped facilitate her family’s growth. Seeing her own self and family in so many of the women she serves, Tia communicates Lindsey House curriculum in a grounded, realistic way.
